Light Golden • Mild & Clean Finish
Harvested from sweet white and crimson clover pastures across the Tualatin and Willamette valleys. Our lightest honey, ideal for versatile bottling, delicate tea sweetening, and lighter meads.
Deep Amber • Bold Fruit Notes
Harvested directly from our commercial blueberry, blackberry, and raspberry crop pollination placements across the Willamette Valley. Full-bodied with natural molasses depth and fruity tart undertones.
Warm Amber • Complex & Herbal
Gathered by our colonies foraging diverse seasonal blooms across Damascus, Clackamas County, and Mt. Hood foothills. Rich, complex, and deeply aromatic.
Most customers use a food-grade bucket wrench to open the tear-tab lid, then ladle honey into glass kitchen jars. A reusable plastic honey gate can also be installed near the base.
Because our honey is 100% raw, natural crystallization will occur over time. To soften, place the bucket in a warm room or immerse in a gentle warm water bath (around 100°F). Never boil.
